its often to easy to complain about things, and people are quick to do so - my self included. its probably just as easy to forget to give complements when things go right, sadly from my recent experiences the opportunity to pay compliments because everything has gone as planned are very rare. Keep it up! It must give you an advantage over competitors who do not follow up enquiries in the correct way -they will lose business to those that do!!
